This Week Is Christian Education Week There are several things going on at school this week to celebrate God's grace in giving us his word and a ministry by which we can pass that word on from generation to generation. On Sunday we will conclude the week with a potluck dinner after the 10:30am service. In the service and at the dinner we will give glory to God for the 40 years Miss Marilyn Orth, our 2nd & 3rd grade teacher, has been privileged to serve in the teaching ministry, 25 of those years here at St. Paul's. All are welcome! Bring a dish to share at the potluck! ____________________________________________________ The Divers in Concert!
As part of Christian Education week, on Saturday, March 13th at 7:00pm, The Divers, a musical group from Mankato, MN, will perform at the Wonewoc-Center School in the Upper Gym/Auditorium. If you don't know who The Divers are, go to www.thedivers.com to find out.It's a guaranteed good time when The Divers play, and it's for a good cause. Wednesday Lenten Worship Worship is at 3:30pm and 7:00pm every Wednesday before Holy Week. This week, Pastor Joseph Fricke of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Mauston will preach on 1 Corinthians 1:18-25, "The Foolish Wisdom of the Cross." There is also a soup and sandwich supper in between the services each week. All are welcome! |
